Innovation Workshops
Innovation workshops are used to create quick alignment in your project group. Such workshops can typically be conducted within a day. Sometimes, however, half a day is sufficient, or you may need two days. If it is longer than that, it turns into an Innovation Project.
In our workshops, the innovation objective is well defined beforehand – we do our outmost to make sure that this is indeed the case before we start.

You read our thoughts: Even with a rough sketch of an event, you always manage to create exactly the arrangement we had imagined. Your professional facilitation has contributed to a positive experience of cooperating with DTU, and consequently the renewal of several important collaboration contracts with our customers.

The most valuable was what happened in people – understanding, participation and to remind us that this had been really good journey so far. Finn is excellent at creating a fresh atmosphere, with good new and innovative methods, and to drive the day with a constant high pace, in a way in which the participants are excited about what is going to happen next – ALTERNATIVE AND NEW!!!

Since the work of change and innovation often brings you into unknown territories, many are uncomfortable and may respond reluctantly or sluggish; therefore, it is crucial that the facilitator can push and buoy people AND create a pleasurable atmosphere – and Finn is outstanding here. As a former employee in Pharma industry it also helps a lot that Finn understands our world.
