Design Sprints
We have a lot of tools and methods that we use in our workshops and projects. Many of these are easy to learn and use – most of the training is actually not focused on tools, but rather on facilitation of innovation processes.
Facilitation, involvement, and focus is really something that Finn masters. Things were tightly controlled, everyone spoke up, and we ended up with a very useful result.
We created an invaluable common understanding and knowledge in this process. We are in a different place today than before the collaboration with Finn. We ascended several steps up the ladder, and we are much further now with our process and project.
We have benefited greatly from using Finn Kollerup as an innovation keynote speaker in our Product Managers network, where he has inspired us with concrete innovation experience and tools.
