Development of Common IT Project Model

With this workshop, we got the entire department engaged, and created a greater awareness and ownership of our common IT project model. We were amazed by the ability you had to inspire our people, and your use of creative methods. Your ability to engage in a creative and focused dialogue with us during the design and planning of the workshop, and the documentation and drawings from the workshop was very valuable for us, and will be important for our follow-up activities in the project.
